Olden Year Museum RV Parking Rules and Regulations

Olden Year Museum is private property.  The purpose of these rules and regulations are to aid in providing guests a secure, comfortable, convenient and attractive environment.  They also set guidelines for the appearance of individual RV’s and the space they occupy.  We are allowing self-contained 18’ or longer motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers only.  All units must be in great condition.  No pop-ups, tents, or truck campers are allowed.

Upon arrival at the Olden Year Museum, each guest will be required to check in and sign a copy of our rules affirming you understand and agree to comply with the rules.  Our rules are meant to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests.  Please direct any questions to oldenyearmuseum@gmail.com or you are welcome to call at 972-572-1585.

The Olden Year Museum’s owners assume no responsibility or liability for the safety and security of guests or visitors and/or their personal property.  The owners are not liable for any damage to or loss of personal possessions, vehicles, equipment, or property; or injuries to any occupants or visitors of any age while at our park.  Accidents happen but we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for malicious or blatant destruction of Olden Year Museum’s property.  Occupants and their vehicles may be removed without a judicial hearing by law enforcement officers upon 24 hours written notice for failure to pay full amount of space rental when due or for failure to comply with written rules and regulations.

It is impossible to have rules and regulations covering every contingency and situation and we reserve the right to update these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.  Guests have the responsibility to inquire into any policy that may not be published in these rules and regulations.  Failure to do so is not grounds for the granting of an exception.

All federal, state, and local laws must be obeyed while in the RV Parking.  All signs and posted notices and directions of the Olden Year Museum staff must be obeyed.  Non-compliance may result in immediate loss of usage privileges.
